It’s that time of year again! The leaves are changing, the temperatures are dropping and it’s time for pumpkin pie. I love making a sourdough crust because it adds a nice tangy flavor to this otherwise very sweet holiday treat. It may take a little extra effort but I think you will find that it is well worth the trouble. Come join me as we make our favorite healthy organic recipe for pumpkin pie with sourdough crust.
